GENERAL FUNCTION 

The EyeCare Advisor makes outstanding incentive in the lives of our clients by conveying the LensCrafters Experience. Guarantees all patients get the highest caliber Optometric care. Conveys the store's key execution pointers by coordinating the Brand Story and guaranteeing perfect execution of the patient experience/practices and consistently interfaces the specialist and retail works together. 

Significant DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES 

  1. Welcomes clients immediately (inside 30 seconds). 
  2. Quickly picks up the phone (3 rings) in a well disposed and respectful way. 
  3. Clarifies all necessary desk work, tests, items and administrations 
  4. Mindful to subtleties; audits medicines or potentially persistent data cautiously; distinguish unique needs, counseling with Optician, Managing Doctor or Retail Management when vital. 
  5. Shows persistence and civility to hesitant or troublesome clients and patients. 
  6. Performs work precisely and completely in spite of time weight and client volume. 
  7. Distinguishes circumstances including unsatisfied clients and acts rapidly for goals. 
  8. Exhibits information on arrangement book/planning methodology and PC activity/techniques. 
  9. Handles and documents every single patient record in a sorted out and proficient way as per HIPAA. 
  10. Puts in contact focal point requests forms shipments and appropriately submits solicitations for installment. 
  11. Works the POS framework terminal contributing client/patient and solution data with exactness and consideration regarding subtleties. 
  12. Precisely works the POS framework, when required, gathering legitimate installment following organization security systems and holding appropriate change for an assortment of exchanges, for example, charge cards, layaways, limits, protection, and coupons. 
  13. Discloses to clients "One Hour" preparing and expected conveyance times. 
  14. Invests wholeheartedly in the presence of the store and guarantees visual presentations are as per Company given rules. 
  15. Keeps up a safe workplace for all partners/patients.
