About the Shift Leader: 


Our Shift Leaders are a basic piece of our store administration group and have the incredible duty of working straightforwardly with the General Managers. 

They train and lead our Team Members to comprehend our objectives and desires while accomplishing day by day deals objectives, and keeping up and advancing a steady and prevalent visitor experience – AKA - being a Bright Spot! 


What we are searching for: 


  • Capacity to Take Ownership of your profession and Be Yourself! That is imperative to us! 
  • A secondary school confirmation or GED is liked 
  • At any rate one year of café, retail or client administration experience required, or appropriately prepared to accept duty as a Shift Leader. 
  • The capacity to work early mornings, nights, ends of the week and some occasions. 
  • Must be at any rate 18 years old.
