Requirements

Job Title: Social Worker
Duration: 13 weeks (Extendable)

Shift: Day (8 Hours) 08:00 Am 16:00 Pm
Location: La Jolla, CA 92037 

Description/ Requirements:

·         Rotating weekends. 1x’s a month min weekend requirement.

·         LCSW Preferred (California state license)

·         2+ YRS. Experience With assessment, triage, and referrals

·         Homeless patients and psychotic/psychiatric issues

·         Acute hospital in patient experience.

·         Adults. 

·         Med Surg Patient Caseload: 6-8 patients a day Patient Population: Experience working with patients ages 0-90+ with acute medical conditions.

·         DEPARTMENT: Inpatient hospital and trauma level 1 Emergency Department

·         PREFERRED: •ED/ER • ICU •Trauma •NICU •       Epic/All Scripts a plus.
