Requirements
Outline: Under general to restricted supervision, regulates, guides as well as educates the work assignments of subordinate staff.
Gives proficient level managerial help to the Director's Office and his/her staff. Obligations might be intricate in nature and may include access to classified data. Drafts documentation, reports and introductions. Speaks to the District wellbeing
Chief, gives data and help to the interior and outside clients. Follows up for boss' benefit in advancing the interests of the association. Fills in as a contact among manager and different people. Properly settle managerial issues by observing the work process and procedures. Freely secures and keeps up essential supplies, gear, and administrations. Directions schedules, travel agendas and keeps up related records for the administrator as well as other staff as relegated.
Successfully creates and facilitates administrative and authoritative gatherings, plans and minutes including Cobb and Douglas
Area Board gatherings. This position attempts to advance and ensure the wellbeing and security of the inhabitants of Cobb and Douglas
Areas.
Least Qualifications: Associate degree from a certified school or college AND Four years of related understanding OR
Six years of related understanding. Must have the capacity to lead or manage a group.
Favored Qualifications: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Viable oral and composed relational abilities. Experience working in state government. Two years of supervisory experience. Two years supporting an official level administrator.
Pay Information: $42,000-$45,000 every year/Pay Grade J/Unclassified
