Requirements

 

The Gwinnett County Department of Support Services incorporates Facilities Construction, Fleet Management, Real Estate and Records Management, and Fiscal and Solid Waste Management. 

 

This position is in charge of giving managerial help to the Director, Deputy Director, and Division Directors; filling in as the office's HR contact for all faculty things and electronic timesheets; overseeing secret and touchy data; organizing gatherings, meetings, and travel plans; dealing with office's spending limit; addressing inquiries from people in general and from different offices; and speaking to the office on councils or on different undertakings as mentioned. 

The evaluation for this position is C42(1). 

 

 

Least QUALIFICATIONS 

 

  • Partner's Degree in Business Management or a related field, and 
  • Eight years of managerial help or related office experience; or 
  • A proportional blend of training and experience adequate to effectively play out the basic obligations of the activity, for example, those recorded above; and 
  • Substantial Driver's License in  the condition of residency
