Outline: 

Play out all parts of Customer Service including yet not restricted to noting outer and inward client calls through the call focus, request taking, credit survey, answer all request with respect to clients' records, the status of conveyances, pick-ups, and credits. Speak with the Sales power, Customers and A/R in regards to account status 

Survey and resolve exceptional administration charges

Secondary School Diploma

  • Capable in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and 10 key by contact

  • Must be conscientious and have solid correspondence, authoritative and investigative abilities
