Requirements
Position Summary: Maintains and improves operational readiness of the Distribution Center by coordinating and performing technical support efforts, and performing onsite installation management.
-Diagnoses systems outages to determine appropriate corrective actions.
-Performs preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment as appropriate.
-Coordinates support for systems issues not locally correctable.
-Limited supervision with occasional coaching and clearly established policies.
-Performs onsite systems installation and integration management as needed.
-Acts as a training resource for Gmail, Microsoft Office, and related applications.
-Performs Desktop PC support.
-Applies and adheres to appropriate technical security policies to ensure that the DC environment is secure.
-Applies and adheres to appropriate disaster recovery policies and procedures.
-This position requires the individual to be on-call for after hour support.
-Other required duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
Desktop support - 5 years minimum experience
Support for Motorola RF Guns 9090, 9100, and 4090's - ability to setup and troubleshoot issues
Printer support - Xerox printers
Software support - Office, Google Mail,
MHE - Intelligrated support -
SQL Query knowledge a plus
Hardware support for desktops
Motivated, dedicated, willing to learn, good communication skills, able to follow directions
This position is in a ECommerce facility, and you will be out on the floor fixing computers, and equipment. Communication takes place via a radio. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lb
