GENERAL SUMMARY 

This position is in charge of the smooth activities of an office and different obligations identified with the organization including noting telephones, recording, and so on. Plays out all obligations as required by the Program Director and additionally prompt boss and different obligations as appointed identifying with the managerial part including CACFP/FCP backing, approach and methodology refreshes, composing, word preparing, faxing, going about as secretary and other administrative obligations. 

 

Training AND EXPERIENCE 

Least prerequisites are a secondary school confirmation or GED with some applicable involvement in secretarial capacities. AA degree or higher in related field liked. The individual must have a sound working learning of Microsoft Word and Excel. The position must be able to deal with various undertakings, have great authoritative abilities, discuss successfully with associates and general society, and work cooperatively in a group situation. 

 

Information AND ABILITIES 

Information: Familiar with Head Start/Early Head Start theory, objectives and relevant guidelines. Experience, learning, and utilization of Word and of Excel spreadsheets required. Utilization of web-based database, email to check and transmit information. Information on neighborhood, dialects, and traditions accommodating. 

 

Capacities:

Ability to deal with numerous errands and to work with outside organizations. Capacity to precisely enter and transmit data inside set up courses of events. Capacity to convey adequately both verbally and recorded as a hard copy and to cooperate with other people in a group situation. Capacity to speak to Head Start/Early Head Start decidedly to the network and with guardians and families consistently.
