Welcomes and helps clients face to face and by means of the phone; gives routine data, help, and direction on issues relating to the Office of Human Resources to incorporate, yet not constrained to, systems, structures, work status, collected leave time and related issues.
Gets ready, procedures, and surveys an assortment of archives, including candidate/representative records, precision, and accommodation gauges
Edits materials, reports, and correspondence for right language structure, spelling, and accentuation
Calendars gatherings, sorts and disperses mail, and keeps up departmental documents
Works an assortment of office devices, including PCs, specific programming, scanners, fax machines, and printers
Builds up and keeps up helpful work associations with those reached during work activities
Answers routine inquiries, disseminates and clarifies structures, for example, the online business application process
Gets ready/facilitates the affidavit of documents/records and filtering of perpetual Human Resource's records as per the conditions of Georgia's records maintenance plan.
Aids the arrangement of New Employee Packages.
Guides guests and workers to proper workplaces
Gets ready and keeps up workforce records for all representatives; guarantees reports are effectively documented in changeless faculty and protection documents inside the assigned time period.
Works a PC to enter, recover, audit or change information in a database; checks the exactness of entered information; makes redress; utilizes learning of different programming projects to work a PC in a viable and effective way.
Performs routine office errands; forms an assortment of documentation related with departmental tasks, per built up methods and inside assigned time spans; open, stamp and disseminate mail and bundles got in the division
Gets gets ready or finishes different structures, reports, correspondence, worksheets, or different archives; disseminates as well as looks after records.
Gets ready departmental documents; keeps up record arrangement of departmental records.
Keeps up stock of departmental structures and supplies; starts demands for new or substitution supplies/materials.
Reacts to routine solicitations for data/help from representatives, authorities, retirees, general society or different people.
Speaks with the chief, representatives, city divisions, outside offices, people in general, and different people as expected to arrange work exercises, audit the status of work, trade data, or resolve issues.
This activity has no supervisory duties.
