Requirements

About The Position 

 

Give managerial help to the Human Resources Department 

 

Procedures including screening work candidates, interviews, reference checking, and new worker direction 

 

Advance, plan and go to nearby employment fairs 

 

Recognize, create, and assess open doors for enlistment 

 

Collaborate in a well disposed and proficient way with general society and potential employment candidates 

 

Work effectively to fulfill set up time constraints and adjust to changing needs 

 

Answer and course approaching calls 

 

Help with conveying Company strategies and advantage plans 

 

Help with office administrative obligations as required 

 

Periodic travel and Saturday or end of the week work for occasions 

 

 

Capabilities 

 

2 years of late office organization work or instructive proportional 

 

Brilliant relational abilities with an accentuation on polished skill 

 

Demonstrated capacity to work freely, discretely, and handle classified data 

 

Capable in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel 

 

Must be conscientious, sorted out, and ready to successfully perform multiple tasks 

 

Self-propelled, trustworthy, sorted out
