Welcomes and helps clients face to face and by means of the phone; gives routine data, help, and direction on issues relating to the Office of Human Resources to incorporate, however not restricted to, systems, structures, business status, accumulated leave time and related issues.
Plans, procedures, and audits an assortment of records, including candidate/worker documents, precision, and accommodation guidelines
Edits materials, reports, and correspondence for right sentence structure, spelling, and accentuation
Calendars gatherings, sorts and circulates mail, and keeps up departmental records
Works an assortment of office devices, including PCs, specific programming, scanners, fax machines, and printers
Sets up and keeps up helpful work associations with those reached during work activities
Answers routine inquiries circulate and clarify structures, for example, the online business application process
Plans/facilitates the affidavit of documents/records and examining of perpetual Human Resource's records as per the conditions of Georgia's records maintenance plan.
Aids the planning of New Employee Packages.
Guides guests and representatives to fitting workplaces
Plans and keeps up faculty records for all representatives; guarantees reports are effectively documented in perpetual workforce and protection documents inside the assigned time allotment.
Works a PC to enter, recover, survey or change information in a database; checks the exactness of entered information; makes redress; utilizes learning of different programming projects to work a PC in a powerful and productive way.
Performs routine office undertakings; forms an assortment of documentation related to departmental activities, per built-up systems and inside assigned time allotments; open, stamp and disseminate mail and bundles got in the division
Gets, get ready or finishes different structures, reports, correspondence, worksheets, or different archives; circulates as well as looks after records.
Gets ready departmental documents; keeps up record arrangement of departmental records.
Keeps up stock of departmental structures and supplies; starts demands for new or substitution supplies/materials.
Reacts to routine solicitations for data/help from representatives, authorities, retirees, the general population or different people.
Speaks with a manager, representatives, city divisions, outside organizations, people in general, and different people as expected to arrange work exercises, audit the status of work, trade data, or resolve issues.
This activity has no supervisory obligations.
Secondary school recognition or general instruction degree (GED) required; or two (2) to four (4) months related past involvement or potentially preparing; or any identical mix of instruction, preparing, and experience which gives the essential information, aptitudes, and capacities for this activity.
