Head DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Union field reports into neighborhood PC, checking for exactness and adding extra fields to the PC framework, just as ordering mishap report data.
Enters drops, clears, adjusts, documents into state/government PC, just as working two-way radio.
Take in duplicate monies, and composes money security receipts for references.
Helps with checking in and isolating approaching desk work, just as checking in the property for safety's sake.
Goes into and updates house watch solicitations and day by day release on the County's Intranet PC framework.
Helps overall population or other law authorization offices by telephone or face to face, and fills in as an asset to the office workforce, and procedures approaching everyday mail.
Performs different obligations of a comparable sort or level.
POSITION SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES MIGHT INCLUDE:
Enters reports into the state/government PC framework.
Secondary School recognition or G.E.D.
Two (2) long periods of involvement in a comparable position or adequate experience to play out the chief obligations and duties.
Learning, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Impressive information of present-day office practices and techniques, documenting and record frameworks, and NCIC/GCIC PC framework.
Recognition with departmental principles and guidelines, state and government laws, Public Information and Privacy Acts, GCIC rules, and County laws.
Capability in relational relations and essential scientific counts.
The dominance of working a PC, copier, money register, police radio, and standard office hardware.
Great relational abilities, both oral and composed.
Shown capacity to work freely.
Composing/Keyboarding (35 words for each moment - least)
GCIC Certification will be required upon the contract. The office will send a representative for accreditation.
