Set of working responsibilities: Under close supervision, performs essential office authoritative obligations. Keeps up documents and records, works standard office hardware, gives messenger administrations, handles general mailings and screens supply inventories. May utilize a PC to enter information, check or potentially explore data or produce reports. May accumulate and examine data. Sets up records and documents reports or correspondence. May process approaching mail by opening, dating and disseminating it to the proper representative. Plans and sends active correspondence and data. May welcome guests and answer and screen approaching phone calls by giving data or taking messages and disseminating them to a suitable representative. May type marks, envelopes, routine structures, and correspondence. Performs related duties as required
