Requirements

 

Basic Functions 

 

Keeps up Court representative staff records. 

Keeps up classified documents and records identifying with meeting results, arrangements, confirmations, and physical tests. 

Keeps up an ace position control for the Superior Court. 

Procedures new representatives onto finance and situates them with respect to Court advantages and projects. 

Surveys and procedures arrangements of eligibles for work with the Court in the wake of qualifying assessments have been finished; plans interviews with board individuals and informs eligibles of meeting; and keeps up aftereffects of meetings, arrangements, and qualified records. 

Contacts candidates with consequences of assessment including, verbal employment bids, letters of affirmation, and letters of dismissal. 

Reacts to asks from chiefs, the board, workers and the open concerning Court HR strategies and methods. 

Counsels with staff examiners concerning qualified records and exhorts when new records are required. 

Gets ready, procedures and surveys work force exchanges to guarantee consistence with relevant Court approaches and techniques, guidelines and guidelines overseeing Court business. 

Directions with the Auditor-Controller's Office, Worker's Compensation, Retirement and County Personnel in the administration of word-related and non-word related wounds. 

Helps with equivalent business opportunity projects and exercises; explores and assembles information identified with examinations and grievances. 

Helps with planning pre-business physicals and instructs directors regarding approval to contract dependent on set up criteria. 

Helps with creating, planning and introducing worker preparing and acknowledgment programs. 

Informs administrators and supervisors of time limits for Employee Performance Reports and procedures and records execution assessment structures. 

Confirms and surveys representative excursion and wiped out leave adjusts to guarantee precision and approves redresses as vital. 

Gives data to bosses, the executives and representatives with respect to staff records as required. 

Uses a PC and Court related programming. 

Gets ready correspondence and reports as required.
