Job Duties:

 

Ensure files move through processing and closing in a timely manner by assisting the operations team
Promptly respond to client's questions and concerns
Efficiently perform a variety of research duties in support of the office
Assist in the development of financial objectives in association with present data
Manage Commergence for Reverse TPOs
Manage ReverseVision Administrative Duties
Adding new TPOs and managing the Tier levels
Creating Manual reports & charts from ReverseVision
Reviewing and tracking Expense Reports from Sales Team
Manage the approval process of Travel requested by Sales Team
Tracking and reporting SWAP rate

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

High School diploma or equivalent experience
Experience in the mortgage industry preferred
2+ years of experience as an administrative/office assistant
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
